In this City!
Sometimes people wonder why Bethany remains in Madison. Here is a list of reasons we have developed to answer that question.
- Bethany has been used by the Lord as a Starting Place for at least three church plants, and has had a hand in the start of other ministries.
- There is an openness among some people now to the Gospel – particularly in ethic ministries.
- Churches on the perimiter of Madison are already successfully reaching people out there. We stay in the city because Personal relationships in the community are the entry doors to ministry.
- We have three groups at Bethany now (English, Lao & Chinese).
- We are planting a ministry to “20s & 30s”.
- We are changing to become a Ministry Center, because that maximizes the use of our facility and resources
